Roles We Hire For
We recruit professionals across a range of roles to support our homes and the individuals we serve. Hiring needs may vary based on staffing and organizational needs.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Provide person-centered support with daily living, personal care, mobility, meals, and approved routines. Monitor and report changes in health or behavior, maintain required documentation, and support medication-related needs. Provide occasional transportation, including transportation to authorized ISS services, while promoting independence and community participation.
Residential Coordinator
Oversee the day-to-day operations of an HCS residential home while providing leadership, direction, and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Report directly to the Program Manager and help ensure consistent service delivery, accurate documentation, safe household operations, and compliance with established HCS requirements. Previous HCS and/or IDD residential experience is preferred.
Nurse (RN / LVN)
Provide nursing oversight, medication support, and clinical guidance within the scope of licensure to promote health, safety, and well-being.
Overnight / Awake Staff
Provide attentive overnight supervision and support to help ensure individuals remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Remain awake and alert throughout the shift while monitoring for safety, behavioral, or health concerns and supporting morning routines as needed.
