With more than two decades of experience in healthcare leadership and operations, Kesha Whitley brings a strong professional foundation and a thoughtful, disciplined approach to building a residential services provider that families can trust.
Throughout her career, she has gained experience across healthcare, residential care, and home and community-based services, with a focus on leadership, operations, program development, and improving how services are delivered. These experiences helped shape her vision for Ability First Care and its approach to building a well-organized, responsibly managed residential services organization.
Kesha understands that strong operations are about more than processes and compliance. They provide the structure needed to support effective teams, sound decision-making, and quality service delivery.
As Founder and CEO, Kesha is focused on building an organization with capable teams, effective leadership, sound processes, and clear expectations. She brings a strategic and hands-on approach to developing the organization, its operations, and the systems that support its continued growth.
Her goal is to build Ability First Care on a strong operational foundation while remaining focused on the quality of services and experiences individuals receive.
